She is the proud founder of Ukuthanda Kwenkosi Foundation, an initiative dedicated to transforming young lives through skills development, creative arts, and opportunities that unlock hidden talent.

Driven by a deep love for community upliftment and a strong belief that every young person deserves a chance to succeed, Sibusisiwe made the bold decision to establish the foundation together with her two sons, Nkanyiso Mfeka and Mduduzi Bohlela. Their shared vision is to create a platform where young people can discover their potential, develop practical skills, and pursue careers in the creative industry.

Under her leadership, the Ukuthanda Kwenkosi Foundation focuses on empowering youth through various creative disciplines such as music, performance, film, and talent development. The foundation aims to nurture talent, build confidence, and open doors to professional opportunities within South Africa’s growing creative economy.

To ensure the sustainability of the initiative, Sibusisiwe has also established affordable Airbnb accommodation, which serves as a revenue-generating project. The income from this venture helps support the foundation’s programs, enabling it to provide resources, mentorship, and opportunities to young people who need them most.
