THE CREATIVE ARTS DIRECTOR
* Developing and leading creative arts programs for youth and community development.
* Organizing cultural events, music performances, drama productions, poetry sessions, and art exhibitions.
* Managing artists, performers, facilitators, and creative volunteers.
* Creating strategies to promote African culture, heritage, and community empowerment through the arts.
* Coordinating rehearsals, workshops, and talent development initiatives.
* Overseeing branding, stage production, costumes, choreography, and artistic direction for foundation events.
* Working with schools, churches, sponsors, and community organizations on arts projects.
* Mentoring young creatives and identifying emerging talent.
* Managing creative project budgets and ensuring successful event delivery.
* Promoting the foundation through media, social media content, and public engagements.
* Ensuring that all creative activities align with the mission and values of the foundation.
